I’m not much for programs, but I think Dr. Kirschners’ Love in 90 Days is worth considering if you have made finding a life partner a priority. Not just, “Gosh, I hope I meet somebody, someday”. Dating in midlife requires tech tools
She recommends that you register with Match.com and at least one smaller boutique dating service specifically for the 50-plus crowd, such as Ourtime.com. Armed with these dating sites you strive to be actively dating 3 prospects at all times. Dates are for “ruling out, not ruling in”, she says. In this episode, she shares the 3 questions to ask yourself when deciding if another date with a person is worth your time. Man, she’s tough. But you are on a mission, tick-tock, tick-tock.
I love her enthusiasm when she says, “There is a feast of possibilities” in the dating pool and we live in a time of “Abundant Love”.
This is quite the opposite of what I hear from my single male and female friends -especially women. But… I do not know anyone who is uber-focused on the process, lining up dates for coffee, lunch, dinners, etc…
