E198 Dry Eye Care with Dr. Jenna Zigler
Dry eye is a real thing.
I have been managing dry eye disease for over ten years. At times, I have been unable to read for pleasure and I frequently struggled to get my work done with blurry vision and extreme eye discomfort. My own experience with dry eye disease is complicated by an inflammatory condition associated with having an auto-immune disease.
Lucky me.
Before finding treatment solutions through Eye Love, I was spending over $6,000 per year(!) to pay for the prescription medication that offered some relief from my symptoms. My experience may not be the norm (or maybe it is?), but using the Dry Eye Relief Kit and following their advice for improving my eye health has been invaluable.
Dry eye is becoming a more common problem for women over 45. In this episode, we find out why from my guest Dr. Jenna Zigler, co-founder of Eye Love. I am an enthusiastic customer of Eye Love and the company is sponsoring this show (Disclosure: I do NOT benefit from any purchases made through the links in this post).
