Kim Acedo, 35, loves helping women in their 50s. After spending 15 years as a personal trainer, she recognized that these women were fighting a battle beyond fitness. They were overweight, overworked and overwhelmed.
Kim now works with women virtually, as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, approaching women’s fitness and exercise goals with tools beyond those you would see at the gym.
In our conversation, she elaborates on what she has identified as the 3 most common and ruinous mistakes that women in their 50s are making that keep them overweight, overworked and overwhelmed:
- They do not have a success plan
- They have a self-defeating mindset
- They neglect their own self-care
